The “after” version of Lynne’s Place!

Many changes have taken place in Cabbagetown since 1997. I have seen most of the several hundred homes turn over and over …. and over. With any gentrifying neighborhood, you have several layers of buyers/renovators. Each layer of new residents come with a little more cash and a few more possibilities and ideas for upgrading the structure. Today, I am including the 2011 version of my mill cottage in Cabbagetown.
