Ros Thompson, one of Cabbagetown’s “green thumbs”, has created her entire sunny front yard on Powell Street as an edible garden and it looks fabulous!!! She has created stone paths through the garden and defined each bed with short decorative iron fencing. Her vegetables are planted like flowers. Since Ros is a master at amending the soil prior to planting, her garden seems to grow overnight and looks so lush. Take a look at these photos and see what you think.
